Washington provides the most incredible backdrop for any session. However, your home can be such a special place to do your maternity and newborn sessions. Whichever you prefer, I am happy to accommodate.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
My in-home, lifestyle newborn sessions are memories made in your space, with your family and pets. I do not offer highly stylized and posed studio sessions. These are slow sessions around your home. Typically up to 3 hours to allow for all the little breaks for baby to be changed, fed or soothed. You should try to have 2-3 rooms available for these sessions. Often the living room, bedroom and nursery are good options. The backyard is also a great option, especially if you have more than one child and want to interact and play together.
Portfolio
I will not be sharing identifying features of newborns. Though I photograph every little feature, interaction and expression, you will only see cropped in snippets of their features, or wide shots in my portfolio and on socials. I will also be limiting sharing children's faces online in the future.
I understand the need for potential clients to see my work to know what to expect from a session with me. I have a few galleries I can and will share **with verified prospective clients only**
